A single skein, fingering weight, crescent shaped shawl.

Knitted in garter stitch, this shawl will roll off your needles, while the eyelets and drop stitches keep things interesting. This is a great project for all skill levels, from an adventurous beginner to a veteran shawl knitter.
The simplicity of this pattern allows your yarn to be the shining star – an elegant, and almost effortless solution for that one special skein. The stitches in this shawl are not going to get lost in a deeply speckled yarn, and the satisfying texture will dance across your fingers with any fibre you can get on your needles!
Worked from the top down, this shawl increases evenly on both sides adding six stitches every two rows to give it the characteristic Crescent shape.
