Shipping
We ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary depending on your location and will be calculated based on item weight and size.
Orders will be processed within 7 business days of the order being placed.
Small underweight (and size) orders within Canada ship via Canada Post regular mail.
Estimated shipping times:
Canada: 5-10 business days
United States: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks.
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as it’s out of my hands once it’s in the mail.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Additionally I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
I’m open to returns if there is a valid reason for doing so. I will replace a defective item once. Please email me at info@snowythistleknits.com with details. Please note, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment upon receipt of the returned items. All items must be in original condition.
